Writing— Contributor to numerous Sunset publications, including the Sunset Western Garden Book, Mary-Kate co-authored Sunset’s Secret Gardens. Her 100-plus articles have appeared in magazines like Sunset and Fine Gardening. She blogs for the Christian Science Monitor and writes a monthly column, “Rooting for You” on the Hartley-Botanic Greenhouse website.
